How safe is shopping at the Lift Truck Solutions Store?

Shopping at the Lift Truck Solutions Store is very safe. We take great pride in offering a safe and secure online shopping experience. We understand that the safety of your personal information is extremely important to you. We used a wide array of electronic and physical security measures and devices to protect your personal data and credit card information from unauthorized access.


What forms of payments do you accept?

The Lift Truck Solutions Store currently accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Paypal orders.


Do you charge sales tax?

The Lift Truck Solutions Store is required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to Michigan. If you are shipping to this state, the appropriate charges will be added to your product total and displayed on your final order confirmation.


What is your shipping and return policy?

All orders shipped to a destination within the Continental United States are shipped free of charge, including Canada, Mexico and Puerto Rico. No minimum order, no rules or special exceptions.  

*Note: Even though Hawaii is super awesome, we don't ship there at this time.   

*Also Note: Pallet jacks ship with the handle detached in order to eliminate risk of damage.

Can I expedite my shipping?

Sorry, expedited shipping is not available at this time. However, you may be able to receive the product quicker by contacting your local dealer.


Do you ship internationally?

We ship to Canada, Mexico, and Puerto Rico provided you are using an 'in state' (domestic address) forwarder.  We will contact you regarding your preferred forwarder prior to shipment.  We do not ship to any other international locations at this time.  

Our Europe affiliate MCFE  and our Asia affiliate MNA Asia Pacific may offer assistance with global parts and pallet jack procurement.

 When should I expect to receive my order?

You should receive your order within 4-5 business days from the date of shipment.

Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking number. Just click on the link and it will take you to the individual carrier’s website, depending on who shipped your package.
